| It
is the responsibility of the member renting to ensure that the equipment
listing accurately reflects the equipment rented and that any pre-existing
damage or other deficiencies in the equipment rented are noted before
leaving the equipment room. |
| It
is the responsibility of the club official renting to ensure that
all forms are complete and that the person renting is a member. This
includes identifying each item by type and ID number. |
| Members
must return equipment on or before the date identified on the form.
Failure to do so will result in the charging of rental fees from that
date until the equipment is returned. |
| All
returned equipment will be inspected and checked for damage. Repair
costs, if applicable will be assessed on a case by case basis by the
equipment room manager(s). |
| Lost
equipment must be reported. Replacement costs will be assessed, on
a case by case basis, by the equipment room manager(s). |
| The
equipment room manager(s) maintain final authority over all matters,
within the scope of their duties as outlined by the executive, pertaining
to the equipment room and the rental program. The manager(s) reserve
the right to ban any individual from accessing the equipment room
or rental services at any time without prior notice being given. |
