His 'n' Hers Magazine is a Kingston-based publication, affiliated with the Alma Mater Society of Queen's University. We aim to provide a different magazine for the Queen's community. The magazine focuses primarily on culture, music, art and entertainment, which are areas no current campus publication focuses specifically on. We intend to provide exposure to areas of life and culture that are not commonly covered by mainstream media, and by doing so, will fill a much-needed niche amongst Kingston media.

The content of His 'n' Hers can be divided into four main categories: Music, Film, Art and Culture. The Music section will cover both the local and national music scenes, with reviews and articles on various bands, albums and concerts. The Film section will focus primarily on independent and student films, with information and reviews on festival winning films and student screenings. The Art section will profile local and national artists, and provide reviews of shows that come to the Agnes Etherington Art Gallery as well as other local galleries. We will also accept artistic submissions from both staff and contributors, providing an outlet for their creative inclinations. The Culture section will take a look at the latest trends in everything from fashion, to food to dating - articles, editorials and rants on anything that is deemed interesting or provocative. We are also planning to include other areas such as Literature.

The presence of His 'n' Hers Magazine will help support and strengthen the local artistic community. We will provide information on various events, exhibits and concerts in the area, giving valuable publicity to worthwhile events. Local musicians and artists can gain exposure through profiles and interviews. In addition, the many events held by His 'n' Hers Magazine will give local artists and musicians an opportunity to perform and showcase their talents to the community.
