We are thrilled and honoured to have led the inaugural year of the Habitat for Humanity
Queen's University Campus Chapter. It was a great success!! The response of Queen's students
who showed their support and illustrated thier social conscience on issues such as the elimination of poverty housing,
has been humbling. In 2005-06 the HFH Queen's Campus Chapter helped the local Habitat for Humanity
affiliate on their Build site and helped them to win a $60,000 house sponsorship by collecting pop cans. I had the
priviledge of helping to rebuild the hurricane ravaged Gulf Coast area in July. I invite you to join me during
Reading Week 2007, when I will lead a HFH Queen's Campus Chapter Team back to the Gulf Coast. We are helping
Habitat for Humanity Kingston to win another $60,000 aluminum recycling award and helping them with their fundraising
efforts for Habitat Kingston Build 2007. If we accomplished all this in one year, think of what the future holds!
Join with us as we work to achieve our mission at home and abroad!
Thank you for your support, Adam.
